SUMMARY:Training Confidential Counsellor - English (Online)
DESCRIPTION:This LVV-approved confidential counsellor training course is online for two days with a ‘live trainer’ and two days at the Amersfoort location from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Coffee\, tea and lunch will be provided for the days on location. The teaching materials and certification are also included in the price and you will receive Het Dilemmaspel worth €69.50. \nThis training is suitable for people who want to professionally fulfill the position of internal or external confidential adviser. \nTopics and skills\nDuring the confidential counsellor training\, you will learn how\, as a confidential counsellor\, you can best receive/guide people with complaints about undesirable behavior as well as with reports relating to suspected abuses or integrity violations. More info regarding the training (in Dutch). \nLVV-Accredited Program/training \nAfter completing the course\, you may apply for personal certification with the professional register Hobéon SKO\, if desired. This certification is required if you wish to become a member of the professional association LVV (Landelijke Vereniging van Vertrouwenspersonen). More info on this topic (in Dutch).  \nStudents of this training must have attended 100% of the training time (exemptions based on existing knowledge and experience are not possible)\, have completed all practical assignments with a pass\, have passed the final test and have paid the course fee in full . These requirements also apply to students who do not wish to join the LVV professional association afterwards. If the final test is not completed positively\, we offer a one-off free resit. \nIf attendance on the 2nd or 3rd course day is not possible due to force majeure\, LIVP will endeavor to offer opportunities to catch up on the course day at an additional cost. \n\nIt is not possible to deviate from the offered order of days\nThe course must be completed with the final test within 6 months from the start date\nIf it is not possible to make up for the course day\, a homework assignment can be made at an additional cost and discussed in a personal session with a trainer\nIf it is not possible to make up for the course day\, and the student does not choose to make and discuss a homework assignment\, the associated costs of early termination will apply (see our Terms and Conditions in Dutch)\n\nApply now
